Unlocking Excellence

Unlocking Excellence is a new, cost-effective tool that allows colleges and work-based learning providers, large and small, to measure their performance – as perceived by their stakeholders. The approach consists of three different feedback surveys:

  • listening to staff – a staff feedback survey
  • listening to learners – a learner feedback survey
  • listening to employers – an employer feedback survey

Each survey provides strategic data and analysis for an organisation, which can be benchmarked – annually – against other providers in the sector.
