On receipt of a booking form or purchase order number by LSN, your booking is confirmed.

Cancellation of your booking less that 1 month before the date of commencement will result in a charge being made to cover any consultant's preparation time and administration costs.

Cancellation of your booking less than 2 weeks before the date of commencement will result in the full amount being payable.
